Spend the afternoon in pure sound healing bliss. Join Grace Magnusson and Kristen Famiglietti as they create a calm space for relaxation with the vibrations of gong and crystal singing bowls. Bring your yoga mat or other relaxation props and become comfortable as you let the body and mind go.
Join Grace for a slow flow practice with an extended sound healing relaxation. Align breath and movement in creative sequencing, restore with supported postures and relax into soundscapes created by the gong and singing bowls. Set an intention and create space for mindfulness to unfold.
Join Grace and Kristen for a weekend retreat as you rediscover the beauty of winter and the treasures we can find within when we make space for stillness and self observation. Practice yoga, enjoy sound healing relaxation sessions, meditation and the schedule an individual healing session, if desired.
With Kristen Famiglietti on the crystal singing bowls, Grace will lead a Slow Flow class, followed by an extended sound relaxation. Take in the healing vibrations and carry it with you through family gatherings and cold weather. Space is limited to 7 in-studio participants, but join us on Zoom for sound healing in the comfort of your home. In-studio relaxation props will be available.

Gentle Yoga with Grace is a class of mindful movement, intentional breath and deep relaxation. Align breath with movement during an accessible flow, designed for all bodies. Sit in stillness for a guided breath practice and end class with rest and peaceful sound healing. This class considers the joint mobility and flexibility of the group and is led with options for modification.
