Wednesdays: Slow Flow with Sound Healing
Enjoy opening restorative poses, followed by intuitive flows that invite in tender observation as breath aligns with movement. Make space for a sound healing relaxation to close the practice with deep rest paired with the singing bowls, chimes and rainstick.

Fridays: Strong Flow with Sound Healing
Witness the strength of your body and being through Vinyasa-style sequences and creative flows. Deepen your understanding of the connection between the body and breath as heat is built through movement and posture holds. Close the practice with a nourishing sound healing relaxation and experience a moment of rest and ease before the weekend ahead.

Winter Wonder Retreat
Join Grace and Kristen for a weekend retreat as you rediscover the beauty of winter and the treasures we can find within when we make space for stillness and self observation. Practice yoga, enjoy sound healing relaxation sessions, meditation and the schedule an individual healing session, if desired.
Slow Flow with Sound Healing at Charym
With Kristen Famiglietti on the crystal singing bowls, Grace will lead a Slow Flow class, followed by an extended sound relaxation. Take in the healing vibrations and carry it with you through family gatherings and cold weather. Space is limited to 7 in-studio participants, but join us on Zoom for sound healing in the comfort of your home. In-studio relaxation props will be available.

Gentle Yoga with Grace is a class of mindful movement, intentional breath and deep relaxation. Align breath with movement during an accessible flow, designed for all bodies. Sit in stillness for a guided breath practice and end class with rest and peaceful sound healing. This class considers the joint mobility and flexibility of the group and is led with options for modification.
