April Somatic Wellness Day: Argyll House Day Retreat

  • Argyll House 53 South Road Harwinton (map)

You are invited into a full-day retreat experience at Argyll House, intentionally designed to regulate the nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and honor the quiet wisdom of the season.

Hosted by Grace Magnusson and Siri Hoffman of Kula Collective.

Register before March 12, 2026 to receive our Early Bird pricing. Regular price: $350. Space is limited to 9 guests.

The day unfolds with a welcoming ceremony and somatic movement practice, followed by open time for journaling, connecting, or wandering the serene grounds. After a nourishing seasonal lunch, tune into the quiet beauty of Nature with a silent trail walk through the property.

Return to your inner landscape with a deeply restorative yin yoga practice and immersive sound bath session with optional hands-on healing. Create space to breathe and rest with yourself.

Our closing circle takes place around the fire where we connect to our heart and honor the space created to feel deeply and be with ourselves, just as are.

With the Great Room held as a quiet sanctuary and the surrounding home and natural landscape open for reflection and connection, Argyll House offers the perfect setting for intentional rest, meaningful community, and seasonal renewal.

Grace Magnusson and Siri Hoffman from Kula Collective in Litchfield, co-create this mini retreat to blend somatic practices with deep rest and spacious integration.

Lunch and refreshments are included. Food allergies and preferences are collected on the digital registration form after signing up. Outdoor footwear and layers are suggested as we will take time outside on the Argyll House grounds, which include forest trails to explore. Please email Grace with any questions you may have about the event at hello@gemyogi.com.

Grace is a somatic bodywork + breathwork practitioner, sound healer and yoga instructor.

Siri Hoffmann is a registered massage therapist, yoga instructor and founder of Kula Collective.

All sessions are optional and the schedule is subject to shift, especially weather permitting programs. The Argyll House and grounds are yours to explore.
