Yoga

Yoga is the practice of uniting our mind, body and energy in the present moment. We may think of energy as our spirit, soul or pure mystery. Deepen this connection by practicing with me in private or public yoga sessions.

 

Relaxation & Sound Healing

The practices of sound healing and relaxation have yielded some of the deepest meditations for me. Our bodies, made mostly of water, are impacted greatly by the vibrations from sound healing instruments. We are often in need of rest and when our bodies rest, they heal. I use singing bowls, gong and percussion instruments, such as the rain stick, bells and chimes, paired with guided meditations and breath practices to create a soundscape you can fully relax into.

Lifestyle Building

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, we can work together to create a lifestyle that reinforces what truly fuels you: your primary foods. This may be your spiritual practice, joy, creativity, relationships, career, education and health.

Public Yoga Classes

My public yoga classes are Hatha Yoga and tend to be Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow or Gentle Yoga. I focus on the alignment of breath and movement and awareness of sensation, and usually incorporate breath practices, meditation and relaxation into my classes.
