Please note: This outdoor class takes place at Cricket Hill Garden (670 Walnut Hill Road, Thomaston, CT).
Nestled in the rolling hills of Thomaston, Cricket Hill Garden is a family-run flower farm and botanical sanctuary that has been lovingly cultivated for more than 30 years. In June, the gardens are alive with vibrant blooms, winding pathways, and the beauty of the season in full expression.
Join Grace Magnusson from Kula Collective for an evening of Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Healing Meditation surrounded by the sights, scents, and serenity of the garden. We’ll begin with gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and full-body stretches designed to release tension, cultivate presence, and reconnect you to the rhythms of nature. We’ll then settle into a restorative sound healing meditation featuring the soothing vibrations of the gong, singing bowls, chimes, and flute to support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.
This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, ground, and welcome the abundance of the summer season.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on, and any other yoga props you enjoy including in your practice, such as a blocks.
Important Notes:
Space is limited to 20 students and 15 cars. Carpooling is appreciated.
Parking is available near the barn and is approximately a 200-yard walk to the garden.
In the event of rain, class will be canceled and participants will receive a credit toward a future class at Kula Collective with Grace.
Investment: $20
