Outdoor Sound Healing in the Garden at Cricket Hill - July

$20.00

Friday, July 24th from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Please note: This outdoor class takes place at Cricket Hill Garden (670 Walnut Hill Road, Thomaston, CT).

Nestled in the rolling hills of Thomaston, Cricket Hill Garden is a family-run flower farm and botanical sanctuary that has been lovingly cultivated for more than 30 years. The gardens welcome you with vibrant blooms, winding pathways, and an expression of beauty that calls to inner peace.

Join Grace Magnusson from Kula Collective for an evening of Sound Healing surrounded by the sights, scents, and serenity of the garden. Find your comfortable spot on the Earth and settle into a restorative sound healing session featuring the soothing vibrations of the gong, singing bowls, chimes, and flute. Sound Healing is a practice of receiving - the only thing you need to do is breathe and be. The sound vibrations support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. The session will begin with a short grounding meditation and will flow into a fully immersive vibrational experience.

This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, ground, and welcome the abundance of the summer season.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to rest on. Guests can also participate seated in a lawn chair. If desired, you can bring a pillow or cushion for additional comfort.

Important Notes:

  • Space is limited to 20 students and 15 cars. Carpooling is appreciated.

  • Parking is available near the barn and is approximately a 200-yard walk to the garden. Closer parking spots are available for those with limited mobility. There is a short, grassy slope that leads down to the garden.

  • In the event of rain, class will be canceled and participants will receive a credit toward a future class at Kula Collective with Grace.

Investment: $20

“The senses declare an outrageous world. Sounds and scents. Ravishing colors and shapes. Ever-changing skies and iridescent reflections. All these beautiful surfaces decorating vibrant emptiness. The God of Love is courting you, light as a feather.” ~The Vijñāna-bhairava-tantra
